The organization is run by a small committee of members who volunteer their time to advocate for member rights and help raise money for the fund.

As more of our local associations are confronted with the potential for a crisis in bargaining, the necessity of maintaining this fund becomes increasingly important. The Paul Dimitriadis Rights Fund helps support members when such a crisis results in actions that threaten members’ paychecks.
This fund relies heavily on contributions from individuals, locals, and county associations and that is why your contribution is so important. Please encourage your local leaders to make a donation.
